Diagnosis: Parkinson’s disease – Voice and swallowing difficulties
Thank you for the great treatment I am receiving at your clinic. Last week Anna Marie played a tape of me reading from my first session with her about 3 weeks ago. My voice was so bad I could barely understand what I was saying. Then she taped me again to see how I was progressing. I sounded great! My voice was normal. I couldn’t believe how much my voice had improved and it all happened in about 3 weeks. More good news is my swallowing has also improved. Anna Marie is an excellent therapist. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the mechanics of voice and swallowing and how specific therapies work. She has really helped me and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate it. I would recommend your clinic to anyone. I wish you continued success.
